We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 1-year warranty to ensure your happiness. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at support@zucchiini.com.
We offer a 1-year money back guarantee. This means you can check your products for any manufacturing defects or shipping defects without risk, and return those that are defective.
Here's what you need to do to ensure your order can be returned:
- Unpack your product carefully and without tearing any bags or labels.
- Try it and see if everything works well.
- If you detect a manufacturing defect or the product has arrived incorrectly, please write us an email with the subject "return".
The process will begin as follows:
- You must go to the contact form and tell us your order number, the service you request (for example: product exchange or refund) and the reason why you are requesting the return.
- You will receive an email from our customer service. From here, you will be instructed how to proceed with the return/exchange. (IMPORTANT: Do not send anything until customer service tells you the return address.)
Note: Our company is not responsible for orders that are returned without a tracking number.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for covering any costs that may arise from returning the package to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds and cancellations
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your credit card or original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few days.
To be eligible for a refund or cancellation of the order before receiving it, you must ensure that it is not within the processing and shipping times we indicate in our Shipping Policy. If your order is within the limits set by the Shipping Policy and the order has already been processed by our logistics team, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once you receive your item, you can return it adhering to the policies mentioned above, and you will be refunded in full.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive an exchange for a product may vary.
